We will replace goods that have been damaged or lost in transit. For damaged parcels and a request for new product please send a photograph of leaking or damaged goods within the packaging sent to our email site at firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned with the customer being responsible for necessary shipping costs within 30 days of purchase. Their must be a reasonable reason for product to be returned and proof that product is damaged or cannot be used by customer.

To receive a refund item must be returned at the cost of the customer.
